The data controller is the individual developer dmitrieffserzh (hereinafter — the Operator). Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

The App may collect and process the following data: • Geolocation data (coordinates) — to provide astronomical observing conditions, Moon phase calculations, weather forecasts, and light pollution data for your location. • Name and email address — when you voluntarily register an account. • Technical information — device type, OS version, system language — for proper App functionality. The App does NOT collect: contacts, photos, messages, financial data, health data, or advertising identifiers.

Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes: • Providing App features (weather forecast, Moon phases, light pollution map, geomagnetic activity) based on the user's location. • User authentication and access to personal settings. • Sending local notifications about favorable observing conditions. • Improving the App.

To provide App functionality, geolocation data may be transmitted to the following services: • Open-Meteo — for weather forecasts. • NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) — for geomagnetic activity data. • OpenStreetMap/Nominatim — for location name lookup. • NASA — for Astronomy Picture of the Day. Data is transmitted in anonymized form (coordinates only, not linked to identity). The Operator does not sell, share, or disclose personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Geolocation data is stored locally on the user's device. Account data (if registered) is stored on the Operator's server. Retention period: until the user deletes their account or withdraws consent. The Operator implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, and distribution.

The App does not use cookies, does not contain advertising SDKs, and does not collect user behavior analytics.

The App is not intended for children under 12 years of age. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under this age.

The Operator reserves the right to modify this Policy. The current version is always available in the "About" section. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
